RETURN POLICY

All returns at our standard and express rate services are available to UK domestic customers only. Returns from the EU and Worldwide alternatively can be made via our EU & Worldwide Returns service.

Excluding our UK Express Return service all returns are to be shipped using your own arranged carrier and expense.

Returns are eligible up to 14 days from your receipt of goods,  any returns will not be accepted after this period. Should you require to return/exchange your order please contact us within the 14 day return period and a return form will be sent to via email.

Please note that returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for checking the goods - as is usual in conventional shops for the purpose of trying them on - and must have their original label.

If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.

For all refunds/exchanges (excluding UK Express Returns) you must provide proof of shipment on all returned items in the form of a scanned postage receipt - to be sent to our customer care team via email. This process allows for orders to be tracked, protecting your order from loss whilst on its transit route.  

It is your responsibility and liability to read and select from our available methods of returns carefully, if you are arranging for your own return shipments select the UK Standard Returns option from the Returns product menu. If you require alternatively for a pick up of your items to be arranged by our customer care team using UPS courier service choose for the UK Express Returns option on the Returns product menu. For items purchased outside the UK please select the EU & Worldwide payment option from our Returns menu.  

An additional adminstration and repackaging charge will be levied on all returns that is dependent on your geographical zone, rates are as follows; UK Standard Returns: £1.00 + £3.50 or £6.99 with UK Premium Delivery, UK Express Returns: £20.00 + 6.99, and EU & Worldwide: £1.00 + 6.99 (for most EU countries, United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Switzerland, Monaco and Hong Kong), £1.00 + £25.00 (for all other international return shipments).

Only on dispatch of your returned items will additional charges be incurred to you.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

In case you have returned (part) items to us we will make sure to process your refund as soon as possible (if applicable).

In order to get a full refund it is important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them.

Goods may not be damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn and must include the original packaging and labeling. Please enclose the return form sent to you on request via email with your item, including invoice and indicate the return reason.

Refund takes place as soon as we have received and accepted your products. We refund in the same way we received your payment.

For example: If you have paid with a credit card we will refund to your credit card.

In general you should receive a refund within 14 business days.

Small to medium sized orders are sent with resusable packaging that can be reused for your returns. 

Please note refunds are only available for goods purchased and not for the cost of shipping.

RIGHTS OF RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Goods purchased within the first 14 days of payment can be returned without any indication or reason required.

The time period in which the 14 day return policy is applicable is upon the receipt of goods.

In all cases where returns are determined to be applicable costs towards shipment will be designted between your chosen standard or premium carrier rates excluding repackaging and administration processing fees. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that you select the appropriate method of return as this irefer to our return policy above which states the designated rates of returns

Please note:

The item returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods.

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

All return shipments must be sent to our Warehouse, the address of which will be sent via email on applications for a returns form (please check the address listed on the returns form).
