DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

As a rule the estimated delivery time for items purchased can take between and up to 7-14 working days, after processing the order. Command House Clothing holds ethically responsible working methods as precedence of its business practices that is correspondent to our delivery policy. Orders are processed using Just In Time (JIT) working methods that produces less waste and damage to the environment. As such items are made to order dependent on confirmation of purchases which in turn allows our quality control team to ensure items dispatched meet the highest of standards.

All our products are inspected with strict quality control procedures, however if certain defects arise within our products please notify us and contact us via email/telephone.

Please be advised that material defects and damage that may occur via transport are applicable to your claims. However if you mitigate to notify us of any complaints your legal rights will not be affected.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. If your order is trackable you can check it's progress by logging into your account HERE.

 

MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDER

Certain exceptions may arise where orders placed may arrive at the different times; in case of this check your dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If your order has been sent separately then the delivery note will only state which items should be in that part of your order.

Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.50 and UK Premium Delivery set at £6.99, your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Order tracking is available for most of our deliveries however some carriers are non trackable, so please wait within the delivery period advised that may take up to 7-14 working days. We will advise you if your order is being dispatched via UPS or Royal Mail.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a Bank Holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery to be delivered 2 working days later.

 

EUROPEAN AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipment to Europe and other worldwide destinations are charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.

Standard delivery services are available for most of EU countries, United States, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Monaco at £25.00. The cost of other international shipping destinations is £42.00.

Standard delivery is a trackable service available to most EU destinations. Depending on the size and weight of your order tracking information is available on your parcels progress via the express service for international shipments, smaller parcels are non trackable. 

Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, depending on the carrier it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

DELIVERY SYSTEM

At Command House we realise the importance in providing a quality delivery service in which you are able to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods from Command House Clothing to all over Europe.

We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.

If you are ordering for delivery outside of the UK, we suggest you have goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person

 

PAYMENT

All payments for goods can be made by debit/credit card (Visa and Maestro).

You do not need to make a payment on receipt of your invoice. The amount due will be taken directly from your bank account, on or after the date of purchase. 

Please note that payments made to Command House Clothing will appear as CHC on your invoice as well as bank statement. 

In certain mitigating circumstances Command House Clothing reserves the right to seek only certain means of payment in cases where negative results for address have occurred on credit checks.

 

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

All goods remain the sole property of Command House Clothing until payment has been received in full.
